Randy Anderson

Randy Anderson is an experienced healthcare executive with a diverse background in hospital administration and emergency care management. As Principal, Chief Operating Officer, and CoFounder of Fedko Emergency Physicians LLC since February 2018, Randy focuses on enhancing patient experiences by fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals and hospital leadership. Prior to this role, Randy served as President & CEO of Canyon Vista Medical Center, overseeing operations at a 100-bed facility within RCCH HealthCare Partners, and held the position of Vice President at Sanford Health, a major integrated health system. Earlier career experiences include serving as Regional Administrator and CEO at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operational improvement across multiple facilities. Randy holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Augustana University in South Dakota.
