Helen A. Remily

Helen Remily retired from the U.S. Department of Army with more than 35 years of service in a wide variety of assignments, including in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Army headquarters and Joint Task Force FIVE. Her last appointment was as director, Army Distributed Learning Program-responsible for program oversight and integration of DL governance, plans and policy. Prior to this assignment, Ms. Remily was director, education and training—supporting Army proponent centers and schools with staff and faculty development and distributed learning strategies. Earlier, she was chief, training development and integration, at the Army Military Intelligence Center—leading the integration of individual and collective training products based on adaptive learning techniques across the Military Intelligence Community. In addition, Ms. Remily was the senior Army representative for the DoD Strategic Debriefing Training Division. Her formal education includes graduating summa cum laude with a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona and receiving a certificate in public leadership from the Brooki
