Brian Frankenfield, MBA, CSPO®, CSM® has a diverse work experience in various roles. Brian started their career in 1996 as a Senior Interactive and Website Designer at Cahners, a division of Reed Exhibitions. In 2002, they joined FedPoint (formerly LTC Partners), a John Hancock subsidiary, as a Manager, E-Acquisition and Online Customer Experience. Brian later took on roles such as Director of Enterprise UX/UI, Contact Center Shared Services, & Customer Support, Executive Sponsor of Corporate Giving, and Director of Digital Platforms & Experience Design at the same company. Brian's experience spans over 23 years in the fields of design, management, and customer experience.
Brian Frankenfield has a strong education background in business, technology management, and writing. Brian earned their MBA from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Technical Writing and Instructional Design from Northeastern University from 1996 to 1998. Brian also holds a BA in English and Creative Writing from Marist College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications. Brian is certified as a Product Owner (CSPO®) and a ScrumMaster® (CSM®) by Scrum Alliance, achieved in October 2018 and September 2018, respectively. Brian is also a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc., completed in June 2023. Brian has further enhanced their skills with a Certificate in UX Management: Strategy and Tactics from The Interaction Design Foundation, earned in January 2023. Brian is a Professional Member of the IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals since May 2023. Furthermore, Brian completed a Certificate in the Program on Negotiation from Harvard University in 2019.
