Sarah Richards Duchemin has extensive experience in online content management and customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Online Content Administrator at FedPoint since July 2002. Over the years at FedPoint, Sarah Richards Duchemin has held multiple roles, including Manager of E-Acquisition and Online Customer Experience, Senior E-Business Marketing Analyst, Team Leader for Program Promotion, and Program Consultant for Program Promotion. Prior to FedPoint, Sarah Richards Duchemin worked as a Tradeshow Coordinator at Intellitech Corporation from October 2001 to July 2002 and as a Regional Account Coordinator at EF Education from February 2000 to August 2001. Sarah Richards Duchemin earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire and attended Regent's University London for additional education in 1998.
