Micaela di Trana

Micaela Di Trana is an experienced professional in marketing, innovation, and sustainability, currently serving as VP Group Innovation & Sustainability at Fedrigoni Group since January 2020. Micaela has held multiple leadership positions within Fedrigoni Group, including VP Marketing and R&D, as well as Marketing VP for the BU Paper & Security division. Prior to this, Micaela worked at CSM Bakery Solutions from September 2014 to December 2019, where roles included VP Marketing, Branding & Communication Ingredients and Global Category Director Ingredients. Previous experience at CSM spanned several years with roles such as European Marketing Manager for Ingredients and Sales Acceleration Manager Italy. Micaela's career began at Kraft General Foods as Trade Marketing Manager and included a role in Management Controlling at Mondadori. Micaela holds a Graduate degree from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi, as well as a background in theoretical and mathematical physics from Liceo Ferraris.
