Jonathon Mote, PhD

Jonathon Mote, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jonathon is currently working at FedWriters as the SBES Data Engagement Coordinator for NOAA's Weather Program Office, where they lead the effort to design and implement a DevOps cloud platform for integrating social science and weather/climate data. Jonathon also conducts analysis and evaluation of social science research and assists with funding programs for weather- and climate-related topics. Prior to that, they worked at Digital Science as the Director of Research Analytics, where they collaborated with government agencies and philanthropies to leverage data for decision making. At OrgNet LLC, they served as an Independent Consultant and Educator, providing management insights through the analysis of organizational networks.
