Susan Parr

Susan Parr has been in the business operations field for over 15 years. Susan started their career at Salient Federal Solutions in 2005 as a Business Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2013, they left Salient to join Metronome LLC as their Executive Vice President of Operations. At Metronome, they were responsible for leading the company's operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2021, they left Metronome to join FedWriters as their Director of Operations.

Susan Parr received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University and a certification from Leadership Fairfax in Leadership Fairfax Institute.

They are on a team with Subhaga Weerasinghe - Finance Manager, Maryanne Vaughn - HR Manager, and Eric Stone - VP. Susan Parr reports to Mitchell Cho, Founder, President, & CEO.
