Jessica Jean

Jessica Jean has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica started their career at Spherion in 2006, where they worked as a Recruiting & Business Development Manager until 2010. Jessica then joined OU Health as an HR Program Manager from 2010 to 2015. Since 2015, Jessica has been working at Feed the Children, initially as an HR Generalist from 2015 to 2017, then as an HR Manager from 2017 to 2021, and currently as the Director of Human Resources since May 2021.

Jessica Jean, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Enterprise Development from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City from 2004 to 2005. Jessica completed high school at Deer Creek High School, obtaining their high school diploma from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the SHRM-Certified Professional certification from SHRM in February 2017.
