Anthony Pupillo has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and foodservice industry. Anthony started their career as an Operations Intern at Hyatt Hotels in 1998 and then worked as a Restaurant Manager at Flatlander's Restaurant and Brewery, where they were responsible for managing a large workforce and increasing sales growth. Anthony then transitioned to Hyatt Hotels again as a Sales Manager at The Hyatt Lodge, where they successfully negotiated and closed corporate group sales.

In 2006, Pupillo joined the National Restaurant Association as a Regional Sales Representative, where they sold risk management training solutions in the Midwest region. Anthony later became a Project Manager in SRA Business Development and a Sales Manager, responsible for selling the association's training and certification content to a defined 12-state region.

Since 2015, Anthony Pupillo has been working at Feeding America in various roles. Anthony initially served as the Director of Emerging Retail, focusing on maximizing safe and nutritious food donations from consumer-facing businesses through scalable and cost-effective solutions. Anthony then became the Director of Foodservice and Convenience Stores, and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Retail Food Industry Partnerships.

Anthony Pupillo earned an MBA in Business from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from the same university, attending from 2000 to 2004.
