Brandon McClain

Brandon McClain, MSHR, currently serves as the Manager of Recruiting & Compensation at Feeding America since November 2023. Prior to this role, Brandon held various positions in recruitment, including Senior Recruiter at dentsu international, and Manager of Recruiting and Culture at Shedd Aquarium, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and strategic partnerships with hiring managers. Previous experience also encompasses a role as Associate Talent Acquisition Manager at Intouch Group, Human Resources Coordinator at the University of Chicago, and a Diversity Recruiting Intern at Shedd Aquarium. Brandon's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Graduate Certificate in Business Ethics from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Xavier University.
