Diane Crompton

Director, IT PMO & Strategy at Feeding America

Diane Crompton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Diane started their career at OfficeMax (Boise Cascade Office Products) in 1999, serving as an Analyst/Manager of Internal Audit Services and later as a Business Applications Specialist. Diane then took on the roles of Logistics Process Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing operations at the largest Australasian distribution center and managing the newly acquired New Zealand business.

In 2005, Diane joined OfficeMax as the Director of Internal Audit Services, where they administered global and US audits across contract and supply chain business units. Diane was later promoted to the position of Senior Director Internal Audit, assuming additional responsibilities in retail and IT audits. Diane also held the role of VP of Finance Systems Implementation, leading important accounting and finance initiatives.

From 2017 to 2018, Diane worked at KeHE Distributors as the Senior Director of IT Product Design and Management. In this role, they were responsible for driving innovation and change within the company's software product landscape, collaborating closely with various business units.

Most recently, Diane joined Feeding America in 2020 as the Director of IT PMO and Strategy, where they play a crucial role in overseeing project management and strategy within the IT department.

Throughout their career, Diane has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of success in implementing process improvements and driving organizational change.

Diane Crompton obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. Diane also holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification, which was obtained in December 2011 from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
