Kelly Fraser

Kelly Fraser, MPA, is currently the Partner Network Services Manager at Feeding America since October 2022, following an extensive career at Oregon Food Bank as Senior Statewide Network Strategist and Statewide Network Developer from August 2016 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Programs Fellow at Hoosier Hills Food Bank, where notable achievements included expanding a supplemental food program for seniors and managing food distribution across multiple counties. Kelly also contributed as a Development Intern, securing grants and enhancing social media outreach. Additional roles include Gardener at Upland Hills CSA and Argoforestry Extension Agent with the Peace Corps. Earlier in their career, Kelly held editorial positions at The Michigan Daily and The Stevens Point Journal, focusing on investigative reporting and news dissemination. Education comprises a Master's of Public Affairs in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Michigan.
