Shabazz Rah-Khem

Shabazz Rah-Khem, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Feeding America as the Vice President of Operations. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Manager in Global Strategy & Innovation, where they also took on the additional responsibility of Senior Manager DEI for AMZL Central Super Region. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they served as the Superintendent of Operations at Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad. From 2010 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Manager in the Southeast Region at CSX. Additionally, they conducted Ph.D. research in Organizational Change and Designing Sustainable Complex Adaptive Systems at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2013 to 2018. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Manager of HUB Operations at UPS.

Shabazz Rah-Khem, Ph.D. holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Change from Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2018. Shabazz also has a Certification in Nonprofit Executive Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, Shabazz Rah-Khem holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College, and an Associate of Science (AS) in Business Management from Park University. Shabazz has also obtained additional certifications, including the Nonprofit Leadership Center Management Essentials Online Connection from The Allstate Foundation and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University.
