William Carnegie

William Carnegie, MSA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Feeding Northeast Florida, overseeing a significant project for the reconstruction of a 120,000 square foot food bank since May 2022. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Carnegie is the Managing Director of Carnegie Consulting Group, providing impact services for national and international NGOs since 1994. Previous roles include Regional Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters – Southern Lake Michigan Region and several interim CEO positions at various organizations, including Bread of the Mighty Food Bank and Heroes on the Water. Notable accomplishments include the revitalization of Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino, where infrastructure was built and new programs introduced. Carnegie has also contributed to education in nonprofit management as Associate Faculty at the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.
