Feeding Northeast Florida helps local children and families, seniors and veterans who struggle to put food on the table. Working with local grocery stores, manufacturers and farms, we rescue high-quality food that would normally be wasted and transform it into meals for those in need. 

We connect that food to more than 160 partners and programs within our hunger network, like City Rescue Mission, The Sulzbacher Center and The Salvation Army. These partners are able to provide not only food to those in need, but services that can help these families and individuals end the cycle of poverty, including job training or placement, low-cost childcare, SNAP benefits, medical care, affordable housing and counseling. 

In 2018, Feeding Northeast Florida distributed more than 14 million meals across our eight-county service area.

The Creative and Content team at Feeding Northeast Florida is responsible for developing engaging visual and written materials that tell the organization's story and support its mission. The Graphic Designer creates compelling graphics and promotional materials, while the Grant Writer and Director of Grants & Research collaborate to secure funding opportunities through detailed grant proposals and insightful research. Together, they work to increase awareness, drive donations, and communicate the impact of the organization's efforts to alleviate hunger in the community.
