Chief Development Officer at Feeding Tampa Bay

Kelley Sims has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in marketing and fund development. From 2018 to present, they have served as the Chief Development Officer at Feeding Tampa Bay. Prior to that, they held the same role at the Tampa Innovation Alliance from 2015 to 2018. Kelley also founded and operated their own consulting firm, KKS Marketing & Development, from 2014 to present, providing marketing and fundraising strategy consulting services to non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Later, between the years 1984 and 1985, they pursued graduate courses in Organizational Communication, General at the University of South Florida. In 2007 to 2008, Kelley obtained a Certificate in Management & Innovation for Non-Profits from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. Additionally, they have an additional certification in the same field, "Management & Innovation for Non-Profits," from The University of Tampa. In response to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Feeding Tampa Bay has evolved its services by almost doubling its reach to serve 2 million meals weekly, and anticipates it will serve up to 85 million meals this year.
