Emma Demarecaux

Emma Demarecaux has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2018. In 2020, they were a NLP Engineer and Machine Learning Intern at Feedly. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer Intern (R&D) at Criteo, where they improved the Sales Amount model by 2.9% in RMSE. In 2018, they were a Statistical Consultant Intern at Artelys, where they analyzed and processed energy consumption data using visualization and analytical tools. Emma also performed regression models to recreate and project daily energy consumption in Grenoble. Additionally, they were a Data Scientist Intern at Visma, where they analyzed the Greenlandic fishery database, developed statistical analysis, and built a prototype of Long Short-term Memory recurrent neural network.

Emma Demarecaux completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Data Science at ENSTA Paris from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the ERASMUS Program Spring 2018 at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they obtained a Master of Science in Mathematical Modeling and Computation. Emma also attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 2014 to 2016, where they completed a Classe préparatoire MPSI-MP*. In 2019, they obtained a Master of Science in Data Science from École Polytechnique.
