Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips has worked at Feedtrail since 2018, where they have held the roles of Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2015 to 2018 as a Business Data Analyst.

Ryan Phillips attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2013 to 2017, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In May 2017, they obtained a Product Innovation & Venture Creation certification from Virginia Commonwealth University. In May 2013, they obtained a Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft. Additionally, in May 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
