Toni Land, MBA, BSN, CPXP, LCC, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in enhancing patient experiences across various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Landing Exceptional Experiences since October 2022, Toni previously held leadership positions, including Head of Clinical Healthcare Experience at Medallia and Chief Patient Experience & Quality Officer at Medical Center Health System. With a strong background in patient experience management, roles included Director of Patient Experience at Prisma Health and Corporate Patient Experience Manager at Novant Health. Toni holds a Master of Business Administration from North Greenville University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
