Marc J Dunn has worked in the customer service and financial services industries since 2002. Marc J began their career as a Web Strategist and Customer Relations Manager at Fastflowers.com.au, where they were responsible for all inbound and outgoing customer support, trained and managed a team of customer support representatives, and built and developed a new e-presence strategy.

In 2007, they became a Sales Associate at Shaw Stockbroking, helping to increase the client base by 50% and trade volume by 70% in the first three months.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked at FXCM as a Senior Financial Services Representative, identifying and qualifying potential clients, responding to client inquiries, and using Salesforce CRM to track interactions and build relationships.

From 2011 to 2017, they were at Leverate, first as a Product Consultant and Trainer, where they supervised training departments and created an innovative and interactive online tutorial database, and then as a Senior and Strategic Account Manager, where they established and maintained a direct line of communication between customers and in-house departments.

Most recently, they have been the Head of Customer Success Enablement at Feedvisor since 2017, engaging with executives and end-users to ensure product engagement and increased ROI, and creating customized solutions by having a deep understanding of the client's business.

Marc J Dunn attended Macquarie University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting.
