Initially holding the position of Managing Director, Tim led the company for 12 years before transitioning to the Technical Director role in January 2019. Throughout this tenure, Tim has actively engaged with industry professionals and potential collaborators, focusing on enhancing partnerships within the UK and exploring overseas distribution opportunities.
