Phong Rock is currently the SVP Sales (North America) at Feedzai.

Phong Rock has over fifteen years of experience in strategy, innovation, and business development in the payments, financial services, and healthcare industries.

Phong Rock started their career in 2003 as the Healthcare Financial Services Innovation Manager at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the financial health of Kaiser members.

In 2005, Phong Rock joined MasterCard as the B2B Payments Strategy & Innovation Manager. In this role, they developed strategies to increase MasterCard's share of the B2B payments market. Phong also led initiatives to build partnerships with other payments providers and create new business solutions.

In 2007, Phong Rock joined Obopay as Head of Global Markets. In this role, they were responsible for Obopay's market development efforts and for building partnerships with banks, telcos, and other financial institutions.

In 2012, Phong Rock joined Accenture as Practice Lead for Accenture Digital - Silicon Valley & FS West. In this role, they focused on driving cross-industry innovation with clients, partners, and the VC community for financial services and emerging technology. Phong also managed an organization responsible for the market development of transformative initiatives through the alignment of Accenture's digital technology and third-party business models.

In 2014, Phong Rock joined Experian as Vice President, Strategic Clients & Innovation. In this role, they served as a Client Partner for Financial Services. Phong was responsible for developing and executing Experian's strategy for its financial services clients. Phong also drove innovation within Experian by identifying new business opportunities and partnering with startups to create new solutions.

They are on a team with Richard Harris - SVP Sales (APAC), Nuno Pires - Head of Global Sales, and Dov Harrington - SVP, Customer Success. Phong Rock reports to Elliott Limb, Chief Revenue Officer.
