Sheila Ramaiya started their career in 1992 as a Competitive Pricing and Research Analyst at RANK XEROX LTD. Sheila then worked as a Marketing Executive at Jaakko Pöyry Consulting from 1995 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they were a Project Manager at PGI SPEARHEAD, where they managed exhibitions and conferences. Sheila joined London & Partners in 2004 as an Event Manager, organizing various events to raise the profile of London. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as an Account Manager at Puzzel, where they provided consultancy services to national customers. Sheila then joined Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd as a Key Account & New Business Development Manager, managing international accounts and identifying growth opportunities. Sheila worked at Mash Media from 2019 to 2021 as an Event Manager, creating marketing packages for the Hospitality industry. Currently, they work at Feefo as a Customer Success Director, managing global enterprise clients in the Automotive, Travel, and Retail markets.

Sheila Ramaiya attended Bristol Business School from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
