GLAUBER DE SOUZA

Glauber de Souza has a strong background in IT infrastructure and support roles. GLAUBER began their career as a Technical Laboratory Technician at Compex®, where they were responsible for maintaining printers and computers. GLAUBER then moved on to TIM Brasil (Solin) as a Technical Support Specialist, providing remote support and troubleshooting for various IT systems.

After that, Glauber joined PUC Minas Oficial as a Technical Supervisor, where they focused on network administration and support for the university community. GLAUBER also gained experience in Microsoft and Linux products.

Glauber then worked at BrScan Tecnologia as an IT Infrastructure Analyst, where their responsibilities included network monitoring and security, creating procedures and norms, and managing network assets. GLAUBER also had experience with Linux and Windows troubleshooting.

GLAUBER later worked at Itera as a DevOps Engineer, where they focused on implementing and updating tools and practices, monitoring systems, and collaborating with teams to ensure system reliability.

Currently, Glauber works at Feegow as a Cloud Analyst/DevOps, where they are responsible for implementing and updating tools and practices, as well as ensuring the efficient functioning of applications and promptly addressing incidents. GLAUBER collaborates with teams to maintain and improve the reliability of the system.

Glauber de Souza completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

- From 2005 to 2010, they attended Faculdade INFORIUM De Tecnologia, where they obtained a degree in Sistemas de Informação (Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management).

- From 2010 to 2012, they attended Faculdade Pitagoras, where they pursued a degree in Administração de Redes de Computadores (Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications).

- From 2015 to 2016, they enrolled at PUC Minas, where they pursued a Pós Graduação em Gestão de Infraestrutura de TI (Post-Graduate Degree in IT Infrastructure Management).

Furthermore, Glauber de Souza obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 certification from Pearson acquired in February 2022. GLAUBER also acquired certifications such as Gerenciamento de Cronogramas de Projetos from LinkedIn in April 2021, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) from Ka Solution in April 2021, and other certifications related to cloud computing, cybersecurity, project management, and various software platforms.
