Shalita Smith, CSCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shalita most recently worked at Feel Good Foods as the Director of Supply Chain Planning and Execution, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, Shalita was the Operations Manager for Purchasing & Procurement at Feel Good Foods from March 2020 to April 2022.

Before their time at Feel Good Foods, Shalita spent several years at Vita Coco, a global beverage company. Shalita held various positions within the supply chain department, including Global Supply Chain Manager from November 2018 to November 2019, Logistics & Inventory Control Manager from December 2017 to November 2018, Assistant Logistics & Inventory Control Manager from March 2017 to December 2017, and Logistics & Inventory Control Coordinator from December 2015 to March 2017.

Shalita Smith, CSCP, holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the Università degli Studi di Padova, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies at UC Santa Barbara, graduating in 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Shalita also obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in February 2023.
