Shawna Francis Watleyis senior policy professional and strategist at Holland and Knight LLP with more than 18 years of public policy, political, legislative and regulatory experience in creative solutions for corporate and non-profit entities at the federal level. She has cultivated strong relationships on the federal, state and local levels of government and has extensive experience representing public and private interest in various issues including financial services, transportation, homeland security, healthcare, and education. Prior to joining Holland and Knight, LLP, Ms. Watley was the Principal owner of the Francis Group, LLC where she was retained by clients to lead efforts in government relations and develop strategy, programming and implementation for federal policy initiatives.
