Sharon leads Clinical Operations and ensures the integrity of the product interventions and outcomes. Sharon is a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of direct clinical experience and a healthcare compliance expert in evidence-based practice interventions and models as well as consumer protection. She has extensive experience collaborating with companies in the tech enabled healthcare space to identify key performance indicators to ensure recommended clinical services and products meet consumer needs and industry standards such as URAC and NCQA. Sharon was also a founding employee at AbleTo and the former regulatory lead.
