Ramsey Johnson

Ramsey Johnson currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Aditum Bio since July 2023. As the President and Founder of OUTbio since April 2015, Ramsey Johnson has focused on empowering LGBTQ+ professionals in the drug development industry in the greater Boston area through various initiatives such as networking, education, and advocacy. Previous roles include serving as Vice President of Operations at Phoenix Tissue Repair, Inc. from April 2018 to February 2022, and Interim Vice President of Clinical Operations at Origin Biosciences from June 2018 to January 2020. Ramsey Johnson has also held senior leadership positions at X4 Pharmaceuticals, Edimer Pharmaceuticals, Flexion Therapeutics, MDS Pharma Services, and Cynosure, Inc. Education includes a Master of Science in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint Anselm College.
