Kristina Forsmark Mattsson

Kristina Forsmark Mattsson currently serves as the Director of Employee & People Relations and Strategic Projects at Fortum since February 2024. Previously, Kristina held the position of Human Resources Director at KRIFORMA HR & Management Consulting from 2021 to February 2024, where interim management and change management in HR were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Canon Sweden, Ongame / Amaya Gaming, and Web Guide Partner, as well as various HR positions at Ericsson, NCC Property Development, and NCC AB. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Umeå University and has pursued further education, including a certification in corporate governance and board work from Styrelseakademin.
