Jeremy Karmel began their work experience in 2010 as a Software Engineering Intern at Adobe, where they designed and implemented mobile web prototypes. Jeremy then worked at BranchOut as a Software Engineer, collaborating with designers and product managers to create features for the platform. In 2012, Jeremy founded and served as CEO of DoBetter until 2014. At Hired, they led the growth team, and at Reddit, they held the position of Product Leader - Growth, helping the platform reach a higher Alexa rank. Jeremy later joined DoorDash as Director of Growth and focused on driving the company's expansion. In 2019, they transitioned to investing and advising before founding Feeling Good in 2020. At Feeling Good, Jeremy aims to develop a self-help depression app that surpasses the effectiveness of antidepressants and therapy through extensive research.
Jeremy Karmel attended the Fieldston School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. After that, they enrolled at Columbia University in 2005 and studied mathematics for a year. Subsequently, they joined Stanford University in 2006 and obtained a Master's degree in MS&E (Management Science and Engineering) in 2011.
