Ittai Shamir

Ittai Shamir has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ittai currently works at Feelit Technologies as a Customer Service Lead, where they troubleshoot and solves customer technical issues, coordinates support operations, and ensures a superior level of service.

Prior to their current role, Ittai worked at Syneron Candela for many years. Ittai served as an Oracle ERP Logistic Super User Support, where they led logistics and the implementation of new supply chain systems and processes. Ittai also acted as a Logistic Site Leader, overseeing the planning and execution of moving the company's main warehouse to a new location. Ittai was responsible for collecting stakeholder requirements, creating project plans, managing project team meetings, and reporting progress to senior management. Additionally, they worked as a Product Leader at an acquired company, leading the transfer of patented confidential production information and designing a production area within an office space. Ittai also established a new production line at a subcontractor site and provided engineering support to new product development efforts. Moreover, they established Syneron's main logistic center facility as a QC & Logistic Site Leader, where they planned warehouse procedures, wrote shipping procedures, and implemented the company's ERP warehouse module.

Earlier in their career, Ittai worked as an International Technical Support Manager at MTRE Advanced Technologies Ltd., where they provided technical support during the installation, implementation, and maintenance of company products. Ittai ensured systems records were compliant and communicated with the design team and stakeholders to resolve technical problems. Ittai also worked at CNC Ltd as a Technical Support and Field Representative, providing technical support for complex robotics systems at customer sites, including installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance service.

From 1997 to 1999, Ittai Shamir attended Ruppin College, where they pursued a degree in Practical Engineering. During this time, they specialized in the field of Mechatronics, Electro Mechanical, and Robotics Engineering.
