Arik Ben-Yair began their career in 2000 as an Audit Senior at KPMG Israel. Two years later, they joined Oracle as a Financial Controller and was responsible for budgeting and forecasting analysis, reporting, and managing the bookkeeping and collection team. In 2007, they became the Deputy CEO of Radio Eco99FM, where they were responsible for the business activity, finance, commercial and operational side. In 2009, they joined TheMarker as CFO and VP of Haaretz Digital Company, where they were responsible for the digital company of the group, including operations, project management, business development and finance. In 2012, they became CFO of the Haaretz Group, a role in which they managed the digital business development and the strategy of the group. Arik also became a Shareholder and Board Director at Holesinthenet - חורים ברשת that same year. In 2016, they joined Feelter as CEO and COO, and in 2017 they became Co-Founder and Chairman, as well as Co-Founder and CEO of Guruz.
Arik Ben-Yair obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
