Adam Recker has over 16 years of experience in the field of land surveying and engineering. Adam currently works as a licensed Land Surveyor at Fehr Graham, where they are responsible for handling all aspects of engineering and land survey work. Adam'sduties include conducting research, performing topography surveys, setting up control for construction projects, drafting projects, and performing construction staking. In addition, they handle client contact, office and courthouse research, and preparation of legal descriptions and plats for land survey work. Prior to their current role, Adam worked as a Survey Party Chief at Fehr Graham - Engineering & Environmental, where they were involved in engineering survey work, topography surveys, drafting projects, and construction staking. Adam also assisted with legal survey work. Before that, they worked as a Survey Crew Chief at TeKippe Engineering, a division of Fehr Graham, and as an Engineering Tech II at Iowa County, Iowa. Adam started their career as an Engineering Tech at Wright County, Iowa, where they were responsible for drafting plans, performing topographical surveys and staking work, collecting data, researching right-of-way, and staking culverts and resurfacing projects.
Adam Recker attended Hawkeye Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology. Before that, they completed their high school education at Maquoketa Valley High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Adam Recker obtained a certification as a Land Surveyor Intern in May 2012.
