Don Samdahl

Don Samdahl is a retired transportation planning and engineering expert with over three decades of experience. Most recently, Don served as Principal at Fehr & Peers from June 2008 until retirement, where leadership was provided in developing transportation planning studies for various governmental agencies, focusing on transportation master plans, multimodal corridor studies, managed and priced lanes, and growth management strategies. Prior to this, Don held the position of Principal at Mirai Associates from 1998 to 2008 and served as Vice President at JHK & Associates from 1991 to 1996. Don holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
