Bruce Bailey CPA, CA has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as VP Finance at Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp. since September 2012, where the focus is on promoting road safety through innovative testing technology. As the owner of BAB Consultants since November 2010, Bruce provides interim management solutions and expertise across various sectors, with a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, ERP integration, and risk management. In addition, Bruce has contributed to FEI Canada as a member of the Private Company Committee and served as Past Chair of the Board of Directors at 360Kids from July 2010 to September 2016, guiding strategic direction and governance. Prior experience includes a significant role as CFO and VP Finance at Mayhew, where Bruce managed finance, accounting, operations, and IT for a group of companies. Bruce holds an Honours BA in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
