Jai Tsim FCCA has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different companies. From 2017 to the present, Jai has been working at FEI FOODS LIMITED, first as a Financial Controller and currently as the Head of Finance. In these positions, Jai has been responsible for budget creation and communication, long-term business planning, and financial modeling. Jai has also focused on improving processes and providing accurate financial advice to senior managers. Prior to joining FEI FOODS LIMITED, Jai worked at Crown Holdings, Inc. from 2011 to 2017. During this time, Jai held roles as a Financial Controller, Management Accountant, and Assistant Accountant. In these positions, Jai was involved in managing the finance function, conducting month-end processes, implementing projects to improve efficiency, and supporting internal and external audits. Overall, Jai Tsim FCCA has demonstrated expertise in financial management, team development, and process improvement in the FMCG food industry.

Jai Tsim FCCA completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Wales from 2007 to 2010. In June 2014, Jai obtained the ACCA certification from the ACCA institution. Subsequently, in June 2019, Jai obtained the FCCA certification from the same institution.
