James Brockman

James Brockman is an experienced Business Analyst currently employed at FEI Systems since February 2019. Prior to this role, James served as a Senior Remedy Consultant at QMX from August 2005 to February 2019, managing extensive implementations and integrations of BMC Remedy and the ITSM suite, as well as specializing in custom application analysis and migration to ITSM. James's career also includes consulting positions at RIM and VISTA Information Technologies, where expertise in Remedy solutions was applied. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
