Ludwing Najera

Ludwing Najera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design and customer experience management. Since June 2007, Ludwing has served as the Sr. Director of Product Design and UX at FEI Systems, where responsibilities include leading and managing UX teams. Prior to this role, Ludwing co-founded Sharper Brand in January 2002, serving as the Director of Customer Experience in an Internet-based B2B environment focused on targeted merchandising marketing. Ludwing also held the position of Project Manager and Interaction Designer at Digital Lighthouse Corp. from January 2000 to January 2002, and worked as a Web/Interaction Designer at Riptide, creating web experiences for major clients between 1998 and 2000. Ludwing's education includes an Associate of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from Montgomery College and training at the New York Film Academy.
