Emanuel Fritz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Feinkost Käfer since April 2025, Emanuel previously held significant roles including Director Global IT at Schleich GmbH from January 2021 to April 2025, where responsibility encompassed leading global IT transformation and overseeing a comprehensive e-commerce platform. Prior to that, Emanuel was Head of Global IT at Active Nutrition International GmbH, managing a cloud-based ERP system implementation. With a robust background in IT consulting, engineering, and project management at Nestlé in both the Netherlands and Germany, Emanuel’s academic credentials include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Informatik from FernUniversität in Hagen and qualifications from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten and Naturwissenschaftlich-Technische Akademie Isny.
