Kimberly Callet has extensive experience in the salon and beauty industry. Kimberly began their career at CHANEL in 1995 as the Salon Director for Frederic Fekkai's beauty center, overseeing all operations and managing a team of 200 employees. Kimberly was responsible for sales, cost centers, IT, security systems, and vendor relationships. From 2005 to 2008, they joined L Catterton Partners as a Vice President for Frederic Fekkai, where they played a significant role in scaling the salon business and doubling the number of locations. During their time there, they managed day-to-day operations and oversaw 225 employees. In 2008, they joined Procter & Gamble after they acquired Frederic Fekkai. As the Vice President, they successfully transitioned the salons into the P&G culture and operational systems, managing nine locations with $26M in revenue and 225 employees. Most recently, since 2015, they have been Vice President of Salons at Frederic Fekkai & Co., where they have onboarded new owners, managed day-to-day operations, led marketing initiatives, and negotiated contracts. Kimberly oversees 200+ employees and is responsible for sales and profit targets. Overall, Kimberly has a proven track record of success in salon management and business development.
Kimberly Callet attended Georgetown University, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in European Cultural Studies at The American University of Paris. The time frames for their education are not provided.
