Randi Peled

Randi Peled is an experienced healthcare professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as Founder and CEO of FeldCare Direct since February 2020, where the focus is on providing patients with on-demand in-home outpatient therapy services. In addition, Randi has been the Founder and CEO of FeldCare Connects since November 2013, connecting partner agencies to top therapists while utilizing innovative software for efficient patient care. Prior roles include Administrator at Wellness Works Home Health from 2010 to November 2013, HR Director at Wellness Works Inc. from January 2006 to November 2013, and Director of Human Resources/Administrator at Every Child Achieves, Inc. from 2004 to November 2013. Randi began the career as a Research Assistant at Israel Oceanographic and Limnological Research (IOLR) from 1987 to 1990. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Buffalo State University and attended Hunter College from 1985 to 1988.
