Vince Santiago

Vince Santiago currently serves as the General Manager of Feldco Windows, Siding and Doors, leading the Madison, WI division’s sales and operations since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant Member for Guidepoint and GLG, with a focus on specialty retail and health and wellness trends from January 2020 to March 2021. Vince honed significant operational expertise at GNC from 2000 to 2019, ascending to the position of Vice President of Operations, Franchise, where oversight of 1,000 franchise stores resulted in substantial sales and EBITDA achievements. Additionally, Vince held various leadership roles at GNC, including Division Director and Director of Franchise Operations, which involved strategic management and implementation of programs to enhance franchise performance. Education includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Milwaukee Area Technical College, alongside a high school diploma from Wauwatosa West High School.
