Christopher Chadwick

Christopher Chadwick is currently the Managing Director at Feldman Ruel Urban Property Advisors, where Christopher oversees acquisition, syndication, and development projects in Virginia. Christopher also serves as Principal at Polis Advisors, LLC, managing historic properties in Richmond and Lynchburg. Prior to this, Christopher worked as the First Vice President | Senior Director at Marcus & Millichap, leading a team focused on brokerage of apartment properties. Christopher also has experience in property management at The Bozzuto Group. Christopher graduated from Towson University in 2004.
