Ryan C. Smith is an experienced professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Associate Director at Feldman Ruel Urban Property Advisors since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at Marcus & Millichap, progressing from Investment Associate to Senior Investment Associate between November 2015 and February 2020. Ryan founded The Smith Strategy, Real Estate With A Plan.™, and gained experience as an intern at Bloomberg BNA, where editing and publishing articles on legal issues related to payroll administration was a key responsibility.
