Penelope Phillips

Penelope (Penny) Phillips is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as a Partner/Shareholder at Felhaber Larson since September 1990, Penny has a robust background that includes two years as Labor and Employment Counsel at SUPERVALU INC., where day-to-day employment law counseling was complemented by national defense of wage and hour cases. Earlier in Penny's career, a position as Law Clerk to the Honorable Rosalie E. Wahl at the Minnesota Supreme Court provided foundational legal experience. Penny earned a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John's College.
