Dasha Maggio

Dasha is a Partner at Felicis and leads the firm’s Founder Success efforts. In this role, she provides high-impact, customized support to founders and leverages the collective wisdom, data and best practices from the diverse group of 200+ companies Felicis has backed. Dasha also manages investment operations and helps guide strategic planning and execution within the firm.

She previously worked at sweetgreen, a venture-backed, fast-casual restaurant chain, where she developed, launched and managed Washington DC’s first line of bottled organic cold-pressed juices.

A native Russian, Dasha is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and started her career as a management consultant.
