Sharon Valencia is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership in organizations focused on supporting individuals with autism. Since July 2014, Sharon has served as Co-Executive Director and held various other leadership positions at Felicity House NY, a pioneering initiative of the Simons Foundation designed to empower adult women with autism. Prior experience includes roles at the Simons Foundation and The Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies, with a focus on program coordination and support for high-level executives. Sharon holds a Master of Arts in Design from The Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum and New School University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History & Communication from Rutgers University.
