Lara Jackle Dickinson

Lara Jackle Dickinson serves as the Co-Founding Executive Director of One Step Closer, a Sustainable CEO group focused on regenerative business models and agricultural systems since March 2012. Prior experience includes founding Pluot Consulting, where support was provided to natural products companies in growth through innovation from November 2008 to July 2022, and co-founding the J.E.D.I Collaborative and the Climate Collaborative, both aimed at addressing climate change in the food and agriculture sectors. Previous roles also encompass leadership positions at Numi Organic Tea, LightFullFoods, Shaklee Corporation, Balance Bar Company, and Reckitt Benckiser, with notable achievements in marketing and sales growth across various consumer product sectors. Lara Jackle Dickinson holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, alongside graduate work at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California.
