Vivek Kumar is an experienced professional specializing in corporate insolvency and legal compliance. Currently an Insolvency Professional at the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India since January 2020, Vivek is responsible for undertaking Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP) and liquidation for both corporates and individuals. As a Partner at Felix Advisory Private Limited since June 2020, Vivek also brings extensive prior experience including roles as Head of Secretarial & Compliance at Hindustan PowerProjects Private Limited, Head of Secretarial at IREO Pvt.
