Deborah O'Donnell

Deborah O'Donnell is an accomplished Senior Executive Coach at Felix since December 2022, specializing in guiding c-suite executives through transitional processes. As the CEO and Owner of Rodas Coaching, LLC since 2006, Deborah has forged strategic partnerships to deliver coaching programs focused on vital leadership skills. Additionally, Deborah served as a Career Coach and Adjunct Faculty Member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2014 to 2024, where original coursework on career development was created. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Relations and Executive Career Coach at IMPACT Group, National Operations Manager, and Regional Manager at Randstad, as well as early career experience in recruiting and health promotion. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Public Relations from Ball State University.
